Going extra mile to make customer happy – ABC Autolink, Vadodara – Ashish Muley

I had given my car for wash and repair at ABC Autolink, authorized Tata service showroom in Vadodara.
Promptly their executive informed 1 day delay as the car needed warranty replacement. I agreed.
On the day when I was to take the car, I was going to be late from office. So evening, I called the executive Mr. Chirag that I will be late and will come by 7pm. He understood my concern and agreed and managed to keep the Billing guy and Service guy also waiting for me.
However, due to traffic, I reached at 8 pm. The office wore a deserted look. I was worried.
Just as I was about to call Mr. Chirag, he came up to me with a smile on his face and handed over the keys to me. Proactively, he had got the billing done and also had parked my car outside of garage.
I thank Mr. Chirag for going that extra mile in giving service to me. I even gave him appreciation on his feedback form.
